Our almonds’ farms cover acreage of 70 hectares that allow us to collect annually 200 tons picked from three main regions:

SBEITLA (former Sufetula founded by the Romans in the 1st century) provides 10% of the production – picking season: from August to September.

ZAGHOUAN (formerly Ziqa reborn under the Roman Emperor Hadrian in the 2nd century): provides 50% of the production. Picking season begins from August to September.

MATEUR (formerly Matarensis founded by the Carthaginians in the 1st century) provides 40% of the production- picking season from August to September.

At all times doctors have prescribed sweet almonds to soothe the throat, calm the ardor of urine, strengthen the stomach and the chest, clean and heal the intestines.
